AquaStretch™ is 1:1 manual therapy. This workshop trains group aqua fitness leaders, trainers and therapists to teach classes and individuals how to self-administer AquaStretch™ for the amazing results it gives. Your approach to stretch and flexibility training will never be the same! In this workshop, you will learn more than 10 Self-AquaStretch procedures, and AquaStretch™ technique. No previous AquaStretch™ training is required, though this workshop will be an asset to those currently using AquaStretch™.
