This AquaStretch™ training course is ideal for clinicians but also appropriate for others. Training will be tailored to your background. Please get in touch if you have questions.

Note:
  • You must be healthy to attend and may be required to wear a mask: no colds, flu or Covid symptoms; have not been living with or around anyone who is infected.
  • There is no such thing as 'AquaStretch™ certification', just varying levels of training. This course may be taken as a refresher to previous AquaStretch™ training. You are also welcome if you have not yet been trained in AquaStretch™.

AquaStretch™ Facilitator Training Courses

AquaStretch™ Foundations is an 8-hour course introducing 10 AquaStretch™ Procedures. The course includes the AquaStretch™ Foundations Manual and laminated Pool Guide.
AquaStretch™ Foundations Training includes:
  • 6 hours of practical training
  • Full colour AquaStretch™ Foundations manual and laminated AquaStretch™ pool guide
  • Certificate of participation & tax receipt
  • Instruction and practice in 10 AquaStretch™ Procedures & AquaStretch™ Technique
AquaStrech™ procedures and technique will be tailored to participant background.  

SAS: Self-AquaStretch

SAS is useful for people in pain, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts. SAS training is offered through online or in-person training courses.  

Suitable for land or water applications. SAS techniques bring AquaStretch™ to group classes.

Individuals can use SAS to manage pain and restore comfortable movement in their own bodies.
